Delivery information
We ship across Europe using trusted carriers. Delivery times vary by destination and product availability. You’ll see an estimated delivery window at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Note: If your order includes items shipping from different fulfilment partners, you may receive multiple parcels.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. You can also check your tracking status in My Account (if you created an account at checkout).

If tracking hasn’t updated for a few days, it may be in transit between carrier hubs — please allow a little extra time.
I have a problem with my order
If your order arrived damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact our support team with:
  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging (if applicable)
  • A short description of the issue
We’ll review and help with the fastest solution (replacement, return, or refund where applicable).
How do I return my items?
Start your return via our Returns page. If your item is eligible, we’ll provide return instructions.

Please keep items unused and in original condition (including accessories and packaging where relevant). Some items may be excluded for hygiene or safety reasons — these exclusions will be shown in our Returns Policy.
Still waiting on your refund?
Refunds are processed after your return is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

If it’s been longer than expected, contact support with your order number and (if available) your return tracking details.
When do items restock?
Restocks depend on supplier availability and demand. If a product is popular, we may restock it — but we can’t guarantee exact dates.
