Checkout issues

My payment won’t go through
This usually happens when billing details don’t match, or your bank requests verification. Try the following:
  • Check your billing address matches your card issuer records
  • Try another payment method
  • Use a different browser/device
  • Contact your bank (they may be blocking the payment for security)
If it still fails, contact support with a screenshot of the error.
My promo code won’t apply
Common reasons:
  • Code expired
  • Minimum spend not met
  • Code limited to specific products/collections
  • Code can’t be combined with other discounts
If you believe it should work, contact us with the code and a screenshot of your cart.
I’m stuck at checkout / the page keeps loading
Try:
  • Clearing your browser cache/cookies
  • Disabling ad blockers or privacy extensions
  • Switching browsers (e.g., Safari → Chrome)
  • Trying a different network (Wi-Fi → mobile data)
If the issue continues, send us a screenshot and the device/browser you’re using.

I can’t log in to my account
First, make sure you’re using the same email address used at checkout. If you forgot your password, use the “Forgot password” option on the login page.

If you still can’t access your account, contact us and we’ll help verify your details.
I checked out as a guest — can I still track my order?
Yes. You can track your order using the tracking link in your dispatch email (when available), or contact support if you need help locating your order.

I didn’t receive my order confirmation email
Please check your spam/junk folder first — emails can occasionally land there. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your full name and the email used at checkout.
I didn’t receive my tracking email
Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Please allow some time for the carrier’s first scan. If you haven’t received anything after dispatch or you need help, contact us and we’ll assist.
I think I entered the wrong email address at checkout
Contact us as soon as possible so we can help locate your order. Please include your full name, shipping postcode, and (if available) the order number.
