At OutletMup, we deliver curated home essentials across Europe with a focus on speed, reliability, and protection. Many of our products are decorative or high-value items, so we use secure shipping methods and careful handling to help ensure everything arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Timeframes (Europe)

  • Typical delivery: up to 4 business days

  • Maximum delivery timeframe: up to 10 business days

Delivery times are shown at checkout and may vary slightly depending on destination, carrier capacity, and local customs or peak periods.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (when available).


Tracking Your Order

When your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link or reference. Tracking updates can take up to 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch, depending on the carrier.

If you created an account at checkout, you can also view order status under My Account.


Delivery Address Changes

If you need to update your delivery address, contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
We can only amend addresses before dispatch. Once shipped, changes may not be possible.


Missed Deliveries & Failed Attempts

If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier may:

  • attempt delivery again, and/or

  • leave the parcel at a safe location, parcel shop, or collection point (depending on local practice)

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the parcel, please contact us and we’ll help investigate.


Multiple Parcels

If your order contains items shipped from different fulfilment partners, you may receive multiple parcels. In that case, you’ll receive separate tracking updates where available.


Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

Where applicable, duties or local import charges may be determined by your destination country’s rules. If additional charges apply, they are typically handled by the carrier or local customs authorities.
