We want you to love your home upgrades. If something isn’t quite right, we make returns simple — and we offer free returns across Europe. Because many OutletMup items are decorative or high-value, we also prioritise careful handling to help prevent damage in transit.

Returns at a glance

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Free returns: available for all countries we ship to (return instructions provided by our team).
  • Condition: items must be unused and returned in original condition with all accessories and packaging (where relevant).
  • Refunds: issued to the original payment method once your return is received and processed.
  • Statutory rights: this policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Important: Please do not send damaged or incorrect goods back unless our team instructs you to. This helps us resolve issues faster and avoids delays.


How to return an item

To start your return, email our support team and we’ll reply with the next steps and your free return instructions.

Email us with the following:

  • Order number (e.g. #123456)
  • Your full shipping address (including postcode)
  • Items you’re returning (name/quantity)
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (only if the item is faulty/damaged or delivered incorrectly)

Keep your proof of postage / drop-off confirmation until your return is fully processed.


Packaging guidance (important for home & decor)

To protect your item during transit, please package returns securely:

  • Use the original packaging when possible
  • Add protective padding for fragile items
  • Secure the parcel well (tape edges and corners)
  • Remove or cover old shipping labels/barcodes

Refunds

Once your return arrives, it can take up to 7 days for our team to scan and process it during normal periods. After your refund is processed, it may take up to 7 business days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

How can I check the status of my return?
If your return has tracking, check your courier’s tracking page for updates such as:
  • Delivered
  • Returned
  • Arrived at facility / warehouse
Once it shows delivered, please allow up to 7 days for processing.
My return timeframe has passed — what should I do?
If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or you’re outside the expected timeframe, email us at support@outletmup.com with:
  • Proof of return postage / drop-off confirmation
  • Your order number
  • Your tracking reference (if available)
We’ll investigate and help as quickly as possible.

Exchanges (OutletMup approach)

Instead of traditional exchanges, we typically process a refund (if eligible) and you can place a new order for the preferred item. This is often faster and avoids delays.

Do you offer a discount when there’s an issue or product defect?
Yes — if your return is related to a verified issue (such as a product fault or damage in transit), our team may provide a 10% off code for your reorder. Availability may depend on the situation and is confirmed by support.
