Is checkout secure?
Yes. Payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout technology. We do not store full card details on our servers. For additional security, your bank may request verification (e.g., 3D Secure).

Pricing, currency & taxes

Prices are shown on product pages and at checkout. Depending on your location, you may see prices in a local or selected currency. Your bank may apply a conversion rate if your payment currency differs from your account’s currency.

Why is my bank charge different from the website price?
This can happen if:
  • Your bank applies its own FX conversion rate
  • Your card issuer adds an international transaction fee
  • A temporary authorisation appears before the final captured amount
If you believe the final charge is incorrect, contact us with your order number and a screenshot of the charge.
Are duties or import charges included?
Where applicable, duties or local import charges may be determined by your destination country’s rules. Any additional charges are typically handled by the carrier or local customs authorities.

Promo codes & promotions

Promo codes can be applied at checkout. If a promotion is active, it will be visible on the product page, in your cart, or at checkout.

How do I apply a promo code?
Enter your code at checkout in the promo/discount field and apply it before completing payment. If the code is valid, the discount will be reflected in your order total.
My promo code isn’t working — what should I check?
Common reasons a code may not apply:
  • The code has expired
  • The code is limited to certain products/collections
  • Minimum spend requirement isn’t met
  • The code can’t be combined with other discounts
  • The code is limited to first-time customers or specific regions
If you think your code should work, contact us with the code and a screenshot of your cart.
Can I use more than one discount code?
In most cases, only one discount or promotion can be applied per order unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Order confirmation & payment issues

I placed an order — why haven’t I received a confirmation email?
Please check your spam/junk folder first. Email delivery can occasionally be delayed. If you still can’t find it after a short time, contact us with the email used at checkout and your full name so we can locate the order.
My payment failed — what should I do?
If your payment fails, try:
  • Checking your billing details match your card issuer’s records
  • Trying another payment method
  • Using a different browser/device
  • Contacting your bank (they may be blocking the payment for security)
If the issue continues, contact us and we’ll help troubleshoot.
I see a “pending” or “authorisation” charge — did I pay twice?
Not necessarily. Some banks show a temporary authorisation to confirm funds are available. If the order doesn’t complete, this authorisation usually drops off automatically after a short period (timing depends on your bank). If you believe you were charged twice, contact us with screenshots and we’ll investigate.
Why was my order cancelled or flagged?
Occasionally, orders may be cancelled or held for review to protect customers from fraud. This can happen when billing/shipping details don’t match, or when a bank declines verification. If this happens, contact us and we’ll help you complete your purchase where possible.
