Delivery Times

• The average delivery time for products varies between 2 to 4 weeks for free shipping and 1 to 2 weeks for express shipping (R$38).
• Shipping is carried out by the Post Office , and the tracking code will be informed within 5 business days after payment confirmation .
• Orders placed via bank slip may take up to 5 business days for bank clearance.

Delays and Unforeseen Events

• If customs retention occurs for routine analysis or taxation , the delivery time may be impacted.
• The customer does not need to pay any import fees , but must contact us via WhatsApp or email if the order is taxed.
• Possible delays may also occur due to strikes, postal shutdowns or periods of high demand.

• The tracking code will be sent by email and WhatsApp as soon as it is available.
